"Warranty got handled, but it was a bit of a hassle"
I had to reach out about a cable warranty, and to be fair, they did eventually reply and get it sorted. But it took a few back-and-forth emails and more waiting than I expected. The frustrating part was that it felt like there were little policy loopholes or fine print things that made the process slower than it needed to be. Not the worst customer service experience, but definitely not super smooth either. It worked out in the end, though.

I went on cordsclub.com thinking I’d find a decent mix of cord styles, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the options looked almost the same, and the specific styles I was hoping for just weren’t there. I kind of regret spending time on it because if you’re looking for variety, there really isn’t much to browse.

I got a cord from cordsclub and I guess it’s better than my old one, so I’ll give it that. It still manages to twist up in my bag sometimes, which is kind of disappointing since I expected it to be more tangle-resistant. It works fine and it’s not a bad cord, just not as impressive as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I bought this charging cable a few months ago, and it worked well in the beginning!!! But now the end is already starting to get loose, which is kind of annoying!!! It still charges as long as I don’t move it around too much, so it’s not totally useless, but I definitely expected it to hold up a bit better!!!

my order issue ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. It took a while to get a clear answer, and I had to send a few emails repeating the same details, which got annoying. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, so I don’t feel like they ignored me. I just wish the communication had been quicker and clearer along the way...

I ordered a few cords from cordsclub.com i can’t say I wasn’t happy with them. The packaging wasn’t nothing fancy, but the cords themselves work fine and feel like decent quality. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal. For the price, I’d say they’re worth it, and I’d probably order from them again.

Not a flawless experience, but overall I’d say Cords Club handled it well enough.

Ordered from cordsclub and it was a decent experience. At first I was kind of wondering what was going on because the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, and I kept checking it randomly. But then it finally started moving and after that it was normal, like I could actually see where the package was. Delivery wasn’t super quick, but also not terrible, if that makes sense. The item showed up fine, looks how I expected, no issues there. I’d probably order again, I just wish the tracking kicked in a bit sooner because that part had me guessing for a minute.

I was disappointed with the website. It feels dated and cluttered, and the colors seem kind of random, which makes the whole thing feel less trustworthy. I was excited when my order arrived, and at first I thought the fit was okay, so I felt hopeful. But once I actually wore it for a bit, my mood kind of changed. The material felt rough and thinner than I expected, not soft or comfortable like I was hoping for. I tried to like it, but i just wasn’t happy with how it felt on my skin. But it actually showed up when it was supposed to, and changing my plan didn’t turn into some ridiculous headache either. So far, I can’t really blame them for anything, which is surprising.

I noticed the cord lengths seem to follow a standard range, which is fine, but I kept looking for a longer option and couldn’t find one. The one I got ended up working well enough for my setup, so no major complaints, just a little limited if you need something more specific.

I don’t know, the prices just felt kind of unfair to me. Maybe it’s just my impression, but it seemed like they were set up in a way that pushes you to spend more than you originally planned. I wouldn’t say everything was terrible, but the pricing definitely left me feeling a little uneasy.

so... I picked up a cable from cordsclub it looks fine and feels okay, but the charging speed hasn’t been great. My phone will show fast charging for a bit, then it randomly drops off. I tried it with different plugs too, and it did the same thing. It still charges, but it takes longer than my old cable, which is especially annoying when I’m trying to charge it overnight. For the price, I expected a bit better. It’s not totally useless, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again
